Elevated above the water, The Longhouse provides an incredible Western view of Gull Lake, providing beautiful sunsets and a relaxing vacation just 6 kilometres from the town of Minden and only 2 hours North-East of the Toronto area.
This 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom bungalow style cottage provides a sunken living room with a wood-burning fireplace and wall to wall windows all the way to the well-equipped kitchen. There is also a games room and a TV room in the basement. Wireless internet is available, as well as satellite TV.
The large deck provides a BBQ grill and plenty of seating for both dining and relaxing in the fresh air and natural forested landscape. If you don't like the look of the clouds, you can retreat to the roomy screened-in porch for games and puzzles aplenty. Don't forget the snacks!
Long stairs guide you down to the dock, where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine, or get into the canoe, or kayak for a relaxing peruse around the lake.
The firepit offers a breathtaking view of the lake to enjoy while roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with family and friends late into the evening.
