A splendid year-round holiday retreat on scenic Gull Lake, located just 15 minutes from the town of Minden. Perfect for a large family or group. Whether you enjoy boating, fishing, swimming or just relaxing in the summer, or ice fishing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing in the winter, this cottage has it all. With over 7000sq.ft. of indoor space, a large wrap-around deck outfitted with various outdoor furniture and propane BBQ, a spacious front lawn big enough for volleyball or soccer games, and two docks – we guarantee there is something for everyone.

Bright kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar – will make meal preparation a joy! Large picturesque windows allow for a beautiful waterfront view and splendid sunsets every season. The upstairs bar is the perfect gathering place for a pre-meal drink. Full entertainment system upstairs, sports room equipped with a bar, foosball and pool tables and TV’s in every room will ensure that you will always have something to do. Three full bathrooms and laundry room. 4 bedrooms + Loft provide plenty of sleeping space and privacy for up to 10 people. All rooms are elegantly and tastefully decorated. Make this lodge your home away from home.

There are beds to accommodate up to ten(10) people in four (4) bedrooms and a loft. The master bedroom has a king size bed, as well as a single bed. The guest room has two double beds and the loft is equipped with one double bed, one single bed, and a single futon – great for kids.

Downstairs, on the main level you will find one bedroom with a double bunk bed and a full bathroom, and another bedroom with a double bed as well as a double bunk bed.
