With 4,000 sq. ft. of living area situated on 2.8 acres of property and 285' water frontage this spot is truly magnificent. The building has 2 storeys + a finished walk out level. Post and beam on the main floor. Kitchen has a large island, pantry, high end stainless steel appliances. Dining room table seats 10 comfortably. Also has a laundry room.

This retreat is loaded with extras such as: games room including a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table and a gym. Two living rooms, one large and one small for more intimate times, both with gas fireplaces. There are three TV's, two very large, with satellite. Wireless internet is available. There is a furnished screened-in porch with rattan couch, love seat and chair. Also a BBQ is provided.

There are 3 decks, all furnished, and chairs at the waterfront and on the 50' long deep water dock. Comes with 4 small kayak style boats (Jitterbugs), paddle boat and canoe (life jackets are NOT provided, renters must provide their own). Fire pit and picnic table on beach front.

Lots of parking with motion lighting for driveway and entrance; also, a 73-acre parcel of property across the road with marked walking/biking trails back to a small lake. A stone patio and fire pit area in front of the cottage about half way between cottage and water with stairs down to the sandy water front.

Just bring your linens and personal towels and that's it !!!! There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom on the main level has a king size bed and ensuite, the 2 bedrooms on the upper level have double size beds and the 3rd bedroom, on the lower walk out level, has a bunk bed combination, double on the bottom, single on the top. For sleeping options, the couch in Great Room is large and can also sleep one person. And there is a queen size blow up bed available on the lower level in the games room.

• September 15, 2020: Good Morning Carolyn We so enjoyed spending our vacation at the Lambert Cottage last week. There was nothing like waking up to the Kennisis Lake sunrise and when the weather was drizzly, we took advantage of the games room and board games. Our family of four loved the interior log cabin feel with the multiple lake views. We even befriended a red squirrel on the main deck who kept returning to see what we were up to.
